Our pairwork dramas are written to give children the chance to develop their acting skills at the same time as they read and have fun. A full range of intonation, speed, volume and expression are all vital for effective reading and acting. Scenes are written for only two characters, meaning that children are fully involved in the action throughout. Playing several different roles (old, young, male, female, fierce, timid, etc) allows for a full range of reading and acting experiences in each play.
