FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why not use a translation agency?    Bobby Dazzler Publishing Ltd does not translate texts. We receive texts that are already written in English, then we improve the grammar, spelling, punctuation and phrasing.

How long does the process take?    After receiving your text, we'll aim to get a sample back to you the next day. If you decide to go ahead, you should receive the final corrected text within two days of payment.

How much will it cost?  Our rates are very reasonable, and much less than a typical translation agency would charge. Costs will vary depending on how long and complex the text is, and how much correction is needed.

Is there a minimum charge?  No. The shortest text or sign might cost as little as £3!

What is Paypal?    PayPal is used to send and receive payments online. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address. You can use money from your PayPal balance or from another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. When you receive our invoice, pay using Paypal and we'll send off your finished text.

How do I open a Paypal account?   On the internet, go to www.paypal.com. The PayPal home page has links that let you sign up for your free account. You can open a Personal account, or an account in your Business name.

What if I want to pay by cheque? That’s fine, but the payment process takes longer. You will need to allow 2-3 days for the cheque to arrive in the post, and a further four days for it to clear into our bank account.
